Hosted by the collective Artists for Real Climate Action (ARCA), this workshop aims to engage more activists in producing content for use online. The workshop will explore every step of the process in creating a digital advocacy campaign for climate activism, ranging from the writers room through the actual production process including editing, branding, adding visual and or auditory elements, crowdfunding, and the process of dissemination through networking and social media.
All speakers in this workshop are experienced creative professionals who will share their process to turn a shared passion for social change into an active campaign aimed at influencing public attitude towards proactive mitigation of the negative impacts of the climate emergency. With the current prosumer production tools and a little coaching, anyone can create polished online advocacy campaigns.
